Program Vice President, CMO Advisory & Customer Experience
Kathleen Schaub is the Program Vice President responsible for the CMO Advisory and Customer Experience practices. Kathleen's research focuses on helping companies achieve their business goals through better connection with today's empowered customers and the application of management science to the transforming marketing function. Leveraging her 30+ years as a marketing executive, Kathleen advises senior leaders on topics including content marketing, sales enablement, buyer decision dynamics, organizational design, and marketing operations.
Kathleen joined IDC in 2011. Previously, she held executive roles at leading technology companies, notably Sybase, where she was Vice President of Marketing Operations and earlier led product marketing. Kathleen also held executive positions at Cadence Design Systems, and she served as Chief Marketing Officer for ComputerLand, a large technology reseller. She serves on the advisory board of MOCCA, the marketing operations professional organization.
